That's why GUI uses the OODA Loop — Observe, Orient, Decide, Act — as a way of thinking about our work. We don't treat launch as the point where learning stops. We look at what happened, understand what changed, decide where there's room to improve, and act on what we've learned.

Then we do it again.

01 — OBSERVE

We research, listen, and look at what's actually happening: goals, audience, market, performance, and feedback.

02 — ORIENT

We put those observations into context. What's working? What isn't? What changed? Where is the opportunity?

03 — DECIDE

Not every problem needs a redesign. We identify the changes that can make the work clearer, stronger, or more effective.

04 — ACT

We design, build, launch, and test the next solution. What happens next becomes information for the next loop.
